Check reordering checklist

Before placing your check order, whether online, on the phone or in person, make sure you have all the information* you need:

1. * Contact name at financial institution

2. * Routing and Transit number

3. * Account number

4. Billing instructions

5. Ship-to address if different from the address printed on the checks.

Product information:

1. * Product code

2. * Starting check number

3. Accessory code(s), e.g., cover, stamp wallet, mailing labels, etc. (Optional)

4. Monogram or accent, optional

5. Center cut/phantom, optional

6. Font/text/typestyle (Default style is used if none is indicated.)

7. Signature cut, if applicable

8. Signature line text, optional

9. Extra signature line needed, optional

10. Account type, if applicable.

Personal Information as it will appear on the check order:

1. Routing Number

2. Account Number

3. Check Start Number

4. Email Address
